I have lower back pain on sides . I guess near pelvis. And difficult to sit even for an hour. U feel some pressure on middle back while sitting. It's been over a month now. I consulted doctor had x-ray but there was nothing.doctor mentioned it could be muscle spasm.

Regarding fracture
I had fracture 8 weeks back.
Just last Friday my POP got removed.

I can feel stiffness and swelling on my wrist.
