Bow legs problem
Hi...Since childhood i didn’t have bow legs...but when I started gymming in 2013....doing legs exercises I started developing bow legs...so what can be the natural solution. Can it be corrected naturally?

There is physiological bowing of legs in most people. It is not likely that you got it because of going to the gym. The angle of the knee deformity should be ascertained with the help of an x ray scanogram. If it is beyond the physiological limit the cause for the deformity should be diagnosed and treated accordingly. 
Health Tips
Not all types of bow legs need correction, and the role of conservative treatment is minimal in this case.
