Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I sits for longer duration or bend knees or fold my legs from straight position my knees pains badly for few minutes . I am having Cerebral palsy mainly spastic type. Pls help?

When I sit crossed legged or if some pressure is given on top of foot, a sharp pain arise. It quickly goes away after pressure is removed. I experienced it first time when my small brother (5 year old) playfully almost sat on my foot. Also when I get back on my foot after sleep or after sitting for long time I get pain in my ankle for few seconds. Although i have no problems in walking or running.

I had a proximal humerus fracture on my right side back in May. It was treated conservatively and now I have full range of motion. But in certain motion, like in lateral raises, there is still pain. Is it normal or should I be concerned. There is also a lot of "popping" while I rotate my shoulder. Is it recommended to undergo light workout at gym since it has already been 6 months. Regards

With pain, swelling and stiffness in knee which doctor( field) should I consult? Orthopedic or Rematology?

Burning pain in the heels in the morning and in the afternoon. Its been almost 1 month. I play badminton 3 days in a week. Pain gets more burning after paly.

Sprained ankle so doc put it in a cast last Saturday saying ligament torn. The cast hampers my movement and my ankle does not pain but my feet and knee has started paining due to the weight of the cast. Should I remove the cast ? Will ankle braces available in market help?

As soon as I put my headphones over my ears my headache starts with eyes burn and sweat accompanied by the feeling of suffocation. Kindly advise

The ligament tear has healed but during winter season the pain is there and makes it difficult to walk or do any other activities... sufficient rest is given still pain exists in the leg .... necessary medications taken ... kindly advise if its ok to climb two wheeler vehicle...

Hello I had a left femoral shaft and neck head region fracture in sep.surgery was done.bone has not united fully yet.I have started walking with the help of stick but m feeling pain since last 2 days.while walking m limping and bending to the operated side?will I be able to walk properly? Please help
