Have done gym recently and increased the weight limits I do.. I got this pain in knee and ignored it and continued gym and zumba.
When the pain didnt go away, I spoke to a doctor he gave me anti inflammatory medicines. It's been 4 days but the pain doesn't seem to reduce.
I also applied ice on and above knee.
Not sure what to do next
