Dear Ortho oncologist Surgeon, I'm Manjunath from Bangalore.... This is humble request for you to refer the image. And read my message and reply . My previous message was not answered according to the request & Question . My problem is I'm suffering from Giant cell Tumor since 2015 and under went multiple surgeries for more than 5 Times in the Right leg knee tibia bone joint. After taking Denosumab injection and follow up with doctor there is Recurrence again. Now doctor suggested for TKR. But im not interested for knee replacement. Since few days I'm thinking whether Live Tibia bone can be Replaced and operated... If this is possible please share your contact details or email id. I will come with Documents ..

Hi, I have attached the MRI diagnostic report. Currently he doesn't have much pain, but he gets imbalanced if he tries doing any activity like jogging etc. As of the doctors are asking him to get operated sooner. My question is can it be pushed to 2 months to observe if thete is any improvement or is it better to get it done asap. Or is there an alternative treatment for surgery which can strengthen muscles. Kindly suggest sooner.

Hello Dr. I started facing knee pain in my right knee and had some inflammation then took some medicines and it was alright in some days and later I started facing left knee mild pain when I do activity without inflammation. I took xray, MRI and blood test and everything looks OK. The mistake what I did is my ortho doc asked me to take dologen Dt 1 in the night, but I took one in the morning and night for speedy recovery. Then I started facing shoulder vague pain, I told doc he asked me to take dolo 650, then the pain got reduced. But now, even if I walk some distance left leg feel little pain and in shoulder if I press exactly at the joint, mild pain is there... This lasts for almost close to 2 months now. Morning when I get up there will be no pain, as I start doing activity the pain starts. I would like your opinion on it why this pain is chronic if it is mechanical pain, very minimal wrist weekness/pain. I have attached my right knee xray and mri report and blood test report.

From one week i m suffering from lower back pain tried all treatments tablets and creams but no relief at all.

My brother had injured his knee in January and now his reports show he is having ACL tear. I have attached the MRI reports. Can ACL surgery be avoided for this,will medication and physiotherapy help.

I had a fall and got my foot twisted .five weeks before .in initial days i had lot of swelling but still it swells mainly in evening hours and pain radiating up when i press on lateral malleolus i did icing elevation nd compression in initial days but its still swelled and pains.the extension of foot is mainly painful.will it cure on its own.
