Thigh pain
My sister is suffering from excessive pain in the thighs from the past few days.Please suggest some cure or medications for the same.just for information she also has started doing gym from past 3-4 days.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your  sister in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  back and hips and knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. She needs to be examined and assessed. Please see a doctor locally for her issues. Unfortunately she needs to be seen before starting treatment

Sudden excessive strenuous gym exercises can sometimes cause acute muscle soreness which is mild form of muscle injury. Due to release of excessive muscle metabolites due to muscle injury. Make sure you use plenty of potassium rich fluids like coconut water. Electrolyte powders fresh .fruit consumption. Unless and until you have some cardiac problems which is uncommon at your age group. If passing urine stings get urine checked for myoglobin,and bloods for renal function tests and CK.meet an orthopaedic doctor and take some rest

What you are suggesting looks like delayed onset muscle soreness DOMS, See an orthopaedic surgeon for further treatment.
