Bone & Muscle problems

Sometime i get sudden back cramp and my body posture looks disaligned. The pain is so severe that i can't move. It started 6 years back and frequency was once or twice a year. But now it's happening frequently but pain is not of that magnitude. If i sleep and getup in morning sometime i feel the pain at same right lower back. Am not sure if this issue is with bone or muscle. I had approached physiotherapist and they said it's muscle catch and suggested long term therepy . What is the solution for this? Any spcific spcialist i should meet?

I got glass cut on my palm just below right index finger.now i am not able to bend upper part of index finger.i am able to bend middle part of index finger.I am a software engineer so i want to know after how long time i can return to my work after tendon repair surgery.will i get full movement after surgery.

Cut under right index finger on pam.no numbness in finger but uppar part of finger is not bending.I got this injury on 23rd jan. can I go for surgery after one month because i am getting married on 19th feb So I can't go for surgery before marriage.will this be dangerous for me to go after one month for surgery?
