Hi I had quite some food from outside for 3 days and have been working quite a lot lately and started gyming for like 2 days. Since 3-4 days I feel  heavy head, neck and upper back pain and little fever cum fatigue (temperature never goes high i e above 100, mostly normal) I wake up quite fresh and but then as the day goes fatigue and neck pain stars hitting again.
