Severe pain in left shoulder shooting to
Severe pain in left shoulder with swelling and cannot lift hand more than 30 deg. Tendon tear partially . Collection of fluids in front n back due to which inflammation increase and continues to be in shooting pain from wrist upwards to the shoulder. What is the medication as per MRI taken there is subcranial issue . Please assist

Trial of physiotherapy , painkillers,rest .if not better rotator cuff repair operation is the answer

Depends on the tendon which is torn and the extent of the tear and associated pathology.

Since you've done an MRI, I'm assuming that it was done by an orthopaedic surgeon. Treatment depends on which tendon is injured and why it happened and by a clinical examination. Partial tears of the rotator cuff muscles may be treated by a exercise regimen designed for it. I don't think you'll be able to get any treatment by posting this vague question here. Sorry mate.
