What seems like a muscle tear hasn't healed in about 5 days... I fell sideways with all of my weight on upper shoulder... there is a strange bruise that appeared in 1-2 days after the fall on front of my upper arm. I am not able to lift my arm. Pain increases during night. And I am feeling weakness throughout my body at night... but only across the arm across the day. Do I need to get an Xray done? Or something like CT Scan/MRI?

I can walk and run without any problems, but when I take support of my knee to get on bed or similar to that there is pain in my knee. Please suggest.
