Hello,I am a 20 year old girl.i am a cabin crew .I wear heels on a daily basis. I was not used to wearing heels. It's just been a few months . Because of heels I am experiencing pain in my foot . especially the bone below the big toe.what can I do to get rid of that pain? Thank you

I have a disc bulge between l5 and s1, How long does it take to heal if I am going through physiotherapy treatment. As per my MRI I can see little less fluid between d6 and d12 as compared to l1 to l5. So it is normal of I have some problem.

Sir I am suffering of body pain in my body. Sometimes it become so horrible that i could feel the pain in my leg, hands and neck. Doctor asked me for the ANA which was tested positive. Even doctor suggested for IRCTC test which was tested negative not once but twice. I could feel the pain but not able to understand what is happening inside my body.
