I have swelling under the shoulder on the right back for two years.At the same time, I was having pain in the right hand wrist.Sometimes I have pain in the ankles while walking.

For my mother we got vitamin B12 has been tested and got 1016 pg/more. As per medical report guideline the desired range is 180-914 but we got 1016, just want to know what does high vitamin B12 indicate? Is it risk?

My left index finger one top phalange cut at age of 12 yr...is it possible by plastic surgery to look same ..if yes what is the cost?

I started exercising 1 month ago. I do High Intensity Interval Training for 1 hour every morning (except saturday and sunday) with a pair of 3 kg dumbells. 4 days back i started having pain on my right thumb(joint where the thumb starts) and my right arm (bicep area). Thumb pain feels like its the bone. Arm pain feels like its the nerve. I have stopped exercising completely. Pain is not terrible but im concerned. Hurts when i move y thumb or hand. What do i do? Should i consult a doctor or just give it some time?

Before 20 days I suffered from viral fever in which I have joint pain in all over body so the doctor prescribed some medicine that gave relief to me but aftr some days pain in ancl nd joint of both feet started and its increasing day by day I tried hot water therapy and using a bandage still pain is remaining. should I avoid walking on regular basis nd How can I get rid of that pain which is increase day by day?

Sitting in latrine cause burning sensation in feet after standing burning goes away.why this happens.

Hi. I have attached my x-ray and notes to x-ray. I don't see reasons to fear spondylitis. My physiotherapist says it's 30% spondylitis. Can you please confirm.

It's been 1 year working in IT company and I have lower back pain from last 7 months about 5 months back it was severe and then I consulted Ortho doctor who gave some pain killers and suggested MRI and report was normal then he suggested some blood test that was also normal I continued the medicine and it was fine but again now it has started and I am unable to bend or curl it worse Please help
