Automatically it start in day and still here from 10 days .
Have enough pain killers , chymoral-plus .
Pain still there , any advise ?

Sprain at ankle
Have ankle sprain for a week. Consulted a doctor last week just after accident. Had xray done. Doctor said it is a sprain and let me go with pain killer, bandage and some advice to rest. But pain has not reduced much even after a week.
