Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from back pain for 1.5 years now. Recently I took a MRI and here is the result of MRI • MILD LUMBAR SPONDYLOSIS WITH ASSOCIATED LIGAMENT SPASM. • L4-L5 DISC SHOWS MILD BROAD BASED PROTRUSION AND CENTRAL ANNULAR TEAR CAUSING COMPRESSION OF THECAL SAC AND BILATERAL LATERAL RECESSES / INDENTATION OVER TRAVERSING NERVE ROOTS. • L5-S1 DISC SHOWS MILD INSIGNIFICANT CENTRAL PROTRUSION.

Dr has advice me to take Bextrin total for the knee pain. He also prescribed Razo 20. Can I take pentacid instead of razo ? Thx

I met two doctors one said that it can be cured with medicines and he provided me some anti-inflammatory,pain reducing and cartilage strengthening medicines namely nyros max and sazo 500.The other doctor recommended an injection of synvisc one for temporary relief of 1 year or so and said that a knee replacement surgery should be carried out.                                      Please help me out whose medications should I follow.

I am suffering with neckpain and mild headache from 2 weeks. I taken myospaz forte tablets daily 2 for 2 days and also taken D sol suchet but no relief. Still persist pain. Thank you

Broken bones below the elbow from middel of hands And bones are broken into three parts. I share ct scan to know clear about the problem. Better solution i need.

Broken the bone below the elbow and there are divided into 3 parts. This is happened below the elbow to middle of hands. I need better solution to work as usual it does.

Sir I did my Mri and it shows 1.Ossific loose body measuring ~ 1.5 x 1.7 cms seen in lateral patello femoral joint space. 2. Mild lateral patellar tilt seen. 3.Type C trochlear dysplasia with shallow              trochlear sulcus noted. 4.Grade I sprain of anterior cruciate ligament. 5.Mild quadriceps femoris tendinosis. 6.Small peripheral tear seen in medial meniscus. Sir if I go for arthroscopic surgery then how much it ll cost(estimsted) and how much time it takes to recovered me plz sir..

Constant pain in the right shoulder. Pain killers are only temporary. Kindly suggest remedy. Thank you.

I used to run regularly on inclined surface. I stopped some four months ago. Now, when I'm trying to run again, I feel pain in my right knee only when I try to run or climb stairs. Sometimes while climbing stairs, i feel pain, and it feels like fragile (as if something is going to break inside) . It happens after a running /long walk session. But, it gets better after two three days of normal rest (daily routine, no runnning). Kindly suggest, if it'll get better once I hit my normal routine again. Or it needs some more examination. Thank you.

I feel pain in heel of my foot and its very painfull in morning , suggest me something to cure this problem but tell me only home remedy ??
