Yes any gel which helps to reduce the pain . I hope  you have taken all the precautions for dengue fever according to your physician

You can apply any gel to help reduce the pain,  hot water packs and massage also gives temporary relief. Post viral joint pain may remain for a while.  Give pain medication only when pain is severe.
