Bow legs and army
Hi i am rajeev sharma, 21 yrs old. I am preparing for army , But unfortunately i have bow legs (right one slightly more).. i am taking vit d and calcium tab for it One of my friend suggested me correcting belt.. Will it work?? Please tell me ? I have medical after 2 months.. pls help i beg.. Pic attached... Pls help !!

Bow legs are normal for many people. What needs to be assessed is how many degrees of bowing is present. If you don't have any knee pain or knee problems then bowing doesn't need to be addressed. Belts don't help.
