I am 21 yrs old n experincing my knee pain for almost a year
After 1 yr my whole body bone starts to pain
I was in low in vitamin d it was 17
After that i increased my vitamin d from sunlight explosure and it got 62 now
My body pain is gone but it still pains in my legs and knee joints

First start Hot using hot water Fomentation on knee joints. Avoid complete knee bending n cross leg sitting. Start stretching exercises of leg muscles n including all visit to the Physiotherapist to get relief from pain of leg n knee joint n also for strengthening of ur leg muscles
