Picking a mattress- disc herniation
Hi,
I've a history of disc prolapses, and even now I'm recovering from one. I'm using a foam mattress but it's not giving me enough support. I'm thinking of getting an orthopaedic foam mattress but I'm not sure if it's going to be suitable despite claims of sellers. Is it recommend or should I go for a coir mattress possibly which is harder?

Pain and swelling: Medial Side of Foot
My mother has pain and swelling on medial side of right foot. The swelling is on and off. It creates difficulty in walking and also cant stand for long as it starts to pain alot.

My sister had back pain issue since 1year. She is unmarried. We consulted a Orthopedician and they conducted MRI scan and stated that take rest for 6months.. It will get normal.
In the report it shows that "Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4 -L5."
Does it set after rest ? Or should she go for a surgery..
