Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I bend my or do anything cracking sounds come from my knees. Now days I'm exercising more so I can hear more sounds from my joints like, Knees, ankles, arms and from back etc.

Changes of osteoarthritis. Reduction of medial joint space. Pain in the knee. What exercises should be done?

Last 1 months I hav trouble to walk stiff neck severe back pain Severe lower and Severe middle back pain Severe Upper back pain Severe Knee pain Severe Ankle pain Severe shoulder pain Dry lips /mouth Nail changes Doc says take test of HLA B27 RA Factor Anti CCP Uric Acid Took after HLA B27 (RT PCR/FLOWct method) both (NEGATIVE) RA Factor < 20 Anti CCP = 0.58 Uric Acid = 5.9 tell me what is my results ? And above pains severely continues on daily what is the reason???

I have lower back pain from last 4 months. Basically I have wrong sitting posture, so my frnd suggested me to right Ur posture. When I change my posture staright back. So I got more pain, while up or down sitting. And I visited Dr. They done blood tests,x ray. I have uric acid 9.3. And x ray shows L5 s1 mild . Wat to do now.. My other frnd suggested me to go for physiotherapy.. Now confused... Wat do now..

Pain in tail bone area after a recent fall. Not much pain while standing but pains while riding 2 wheeler

I have just started the workout at home since last week and from last Friday it's paining terribly I thought it will be for 2 days but still feeling  pain over der I cant continue exercise what should i do

On Nov 29 2013 I met with an accident & broken my Left hand Ulna, Radial head & Radial head was removed also broken my Left Leg Tibia Bone multiple fracture just above ankle. On April 14 2017 Ulna plate & Screws was removed with this Leg Titanium Rod was also removed. When Titanium Rod was present in my leg I was having lot of ankle swelling. (CPN nerve was damaged & having foot drop. Fortunately recovered & got movements) Almost 23 months over After removing Titanium Rod also I'm ankle swelling problem. Will this swelling problem life long ? Please give suggestions. I'm hardly worried.

Hi doctor my uncle had met with an accident yesterday and his knee was injured. A surgery was undertaken today at Daya hospital  and the doctor mentioned his knee was broken in 3 pieces and they were only able fix 2 back as the 3rd piece of knee was further broken hence it could not be fixed. Now are we able to do a knee replacement or will the current surgery undertaken be fine. My uncle work's at a bakery and his job also involves delivery of cement bags for construction. Due to this he drives a rickshaw and at times even ends up lifting the bags himself. The doctor advised he would need bed rest for 2 months at least. The doctor was also not sure if there will be any complications in future.

I m having countinous back pain in left side. Its start pulsing when I sit or sleep. While walking it's all right

Hi, I have been diagnosed by HLA B27 as positive. I'm consistently having pain in my lower back. Had got an MRI done, although there was no slip disc found in it but swelling in hip bone.
