Pain in leg and hand
I m having pain in my hand 4th and 5th finger till my elbow , on my leg on 4th and 5th finger.i have visited a neurologist and he advised me mri of spine .my report shows " mr features of l.s spine reveal early loss if hydration of disk between l4-5& l5-s1 with posterolateral focal annular tear at l4-5,broad base disk herniation at l4-5 & ls-s1 compression the theca and bilateral nerve root impingement with foramina encroachment.t2 sagittal screening of whole spine as detailed". Please help me what to do now ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for back and hips and knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Please meet with spine specialist to evaluate the numbness in your   foot and weakness if any. Treatment is done both by medication and physiotherapy and in some cases surgery depending upon the severity of your problem
