Bone & Muscle problems

43 days before I've had a surgery to fix complete tear of my MCL,and partial tear of my LCL,Meniscus and MPFL.My ACL was left unrepaired. Now I'm unable to bend my leg to even 30 degrees and my doctor had advised me to do Arthroscopic Arthrolysis and reconstruction of my ACL together. Is the following surgery usually done together? If only Arthroscopic Arthrolysis is done now,How much days do i require to bend my knees to 90 degrees and move on with the ACL reconstruction?

Hello, I have a pain on right side of my right knee due which it creates problem while walking.. I had been doing aerobics for long time, but for 2-3 months, i am not doing aerobics due to this pain. I have visited 3 different Orthopedic doctors and have taken the medicines prescribed by them for months but the pain is same. When standing in kitchen for long time, there is stiffness in that leg which becomes difficult to walk n painful while sitting. I am obese and diabetic. Due to this pain I am not able to continue any excercise to lose weight. Kindly advise

Sir, I have pain in joint of fingers of both leg and hand, knee pain, heel pain. And pain is on and off. Shifting. Pain remains only 2 seconds in one joint. I have tested RA is normal Uric is normal Vit b12 normal Vitamin d3 is 18 Only Anticcp normal Sugar normal CRP normal vit d3 deficiency can cause this much pain.

I have seviere back pain n also in leg n shulders back joints since last 3 weeks. And many times i feel vibration when i walk in me leg toes n fingers. i had already visited to neurologist and orthodontist but no setisfied response ... When i have pain killer or medicine the pain is normal but when the effect of pain killer is over my pain get worse.

I had undergone a elbow surgery (with plate screw and wire)  4 year before.. but 6 month before all things remove through onther surgery. So i want to knw that now i can join gym or do any physical activity.. if no how much more time i have to stay away form gym.

Pain in forearm at one point,pain in above part of elbow. When continue or start my gyming it slowly starts,but when stop gyming,then slowly slowly it dont feel.But those points I feel during my daily routine activity. Want a permanent solution for this,suffering from 7-8 years with this problem. Whichever doctor I visit,or test i get done,They gave me calcium tablets,V-C tablets,but problm remains same,and I am not able to continue my excercise more 2-3 months. Want proper diagnosed and want to come out from this permanently to start work out in a proper way.

Can I do heavy lifting in the gym if my coccyx is injured?? I fell on it a few days back but there is only pain near the tail bone. X-Ray is normal.

Where can i get an MRI for index finger done? Near Powai. What more should i write? I want 100 characteristics to post this question!!!

Please help me... Severe pain... Unable to fold up hands.. Nothing is working... Its my xam time.. Help me out...
