I have a neck pain past few weeks.pain  while coughing and walking which is tolerable..there is reduced in neck movement.pain while palpating spine.neck without support have severe pain.i can feel even headache.. could you suggest any advice or treatment from recover my problem

Degenerative discs L4 L5, mild postero central disc protrusions at L4 L5 disc level indenting underlying thecal sac. Minimal anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebral body is also seen. After allopathy, homeopathic medicine i am taking since 9 months -R11,R29, Sciatane, Reumatone as suggested by a homeopath dr. Physioyherapy is also being taken -TENS, Ultrasound, Traction, hotpack since 2 years, however when pain subsided we stopped. But now pain has resumed so physiotherapy is resumed now. Apart from this I also have Diabetes for which i am taking Glimisave M1, & High BP for which medicine taken is Telcros 40. Light walking i am doing to reduce weight n for exercise. Please suggest some permanent measure as pain had been for many years.

Im suffering from back pain from 1 month . But the pain has reduced and it doesn't affect my lifestyle but im a athelete and this lower back pain was witnessed while Playing continuous badminton and after the pain got worst I stopped playing and then I took a proper rest but after that when I resumed to play then I started witnessing pain after a moment I started . Then I counsltated a Ortho specialist then he recommended me to take a X ray and I took it then the X ray showed no bony abnormalities then my doctor recommended me to do IFT physiotherapy for 5 days then after 5 days I gone to play then also after some moments I witnessed pain after that I again revisted the Ortho specialist then he told me to take a MRI and took the MRI of my lumbar sacral spine . Then in that the report came normal it showed no significant pain then he told me continue IR therapy and I undergone this for 5 days still there were no results . Now the pain only resist when i bend and in awkward leg moments

I m suffering from lower back pain since 1 month due to playing badminton . I took MRI scan but the scan shows no disc malfunction and any bony diffect. My pain is now only observed when im in any awkward position like bending and sudden leg moments as im a athelete I need to diagnose this problem and I have undergone IFT physiotherapy and there is still no use and request you to guide me and get my health back.
