Stage/grade of ACL tear in knee

Hi Doctors, How can we know what is the stage of my ACL tear in Knee. As per MRI reports it is written that "Heterogeneous signal intensities with non-visualization/discontinuity of fibers of ACL- likely full thickness tear" Also is that true grade 1 or 2 can be recovered with physiotherapy but not grade 3? Please reply.
