Adarsh, as u r having intermittent back pains radiating to your legs , and u keep getting this every 6 months; better to get urself examined for any sign of neural compression. Currently any combination of pain meds and muscle relaxant will work along with correction and maintenance of posture issues, hot fomentation, local gels.
Next Steps
Visit hospital for examination
Health Tips
Keep a watch on loss of power, loss of sensation in legs
