I am 32 years now and weight is 93kgs I am having pain on both my shoulders for more than 5 yeats. After examining it, it has been found there is a tear in the shoulder .... now I feel the pain is increasing and spreading across the shoulders and elbow joints as well.....  Many times I feel numbness in my hands too ... please can you tell me the remediation for it ...

Hi , i recently done blood tests which find vitamin D3 - 11.2 vitamin B 12 - 227  , and few others findings , i have appended screenshot . I am suffering burning foot sole and there is inflammation around my knees , feels my knees so weak , lost confidence of running . Doctor prescribed Rx tab roseup HD , Tab myristin Tab osteomax k2 Incidentally all these tablets belong to same manufacturer , somehow i am not convinced to take this medicines . Asked for Female, 24 Years I had fractured 5th metatarsal on 11th April 2019 as my foot twisted. It's been 5 weeks of cast (1 week of rough cast to reduce down the swelling and 4 weeks of non weight bearing cast). Further How long should I keep the cast based on my recent x-ray?my doctor suggests I should consider removing the plaster as my ankle would get stiff.Also what are the precautionary measures to be taken after the cast is removed?
