My mother has pain in right foot Doctor has suggested medial in sole for better arch support as the arch is flatened. I just want to know that the in sole will have to be weared in both feet or jus the one paining .

Yes both feet to be worn unless the other foot is completely normal.

It is preferable that it’s worn in both feet to prevent occurring in other foot
