Flat foot arch
I have a flat foot.I dont have an ideal arch to my foot.Is there any exercise or treatment to develop it?Please suggest.

Exercises 1-15  In 'me and my yoga' should help you.  You can get it in google and/or you tube. - kindly subscribe to the channel for continuous guidance. -walking on toes helps. - use a medial arch support in shoes also helps.

We would like to examine and see what kind of flat foot you have , whether its rigid or flexible.. Flexible ones can get better with exercises and arch supports..Rigid ones usually don't.. Kindly get an orthopedic surgeon consultation for clinical evaluation.
