I have mild swelling near the inner arch of my right foot, below ankle from 2 days. It doesn't hurt when pressed. There was a sudden drop in temperature here in Nagpur around 5 days back. What is the reason for this swelling, because it just occurred out of the blue?
[I exercise regularly (indoor cycling-30min-2sets) and I had pain just above my right leg knee when I used to fold my legs, 1.5 months back which resolved on its own without any treatment.]
