I have swelling on right inner ankle. Sometimes my heel also pain. Mostly swelling comes on prolonged standing or frequently turning foot. Please suggest

Your arches are reducing (flat feet) or overpronation. The weight bearing is more on the inner side and when loads are more than tolerable you get swelling. This happens secondary to tight calf muscles.
