Severe shoulder pain
Suffering severe shoulder pain in left side arm and neck are also paining not able to see left or right cant rotate my neck thy pain is like thick niddle pain

Take some painkillers followed by physiotherapy . If not better in  2 to 3 weeks get an x-ray or MRI scan according to your doctor's advice
