Pain in my knee
Sir My MRI report 1.Minimal fluid seen in patello femoral joint space. 2.Mild lateral patellar tilt seen. 3.Type C trochlear dysplasia with shallow trochlear sulcus noted. 4.Grade I sprain of anterior cruciate ligament.  Mild quadriceps femoris tendinosis.  5.Small peripheral tear seen in medial meniscus.  6.Ossific loose body seen in lateral patello femoral joint Sir I went for Arthroscopy surgery almost 3 month before but still have pain, heaviness and stiffness when locking..sir plz suggest me what to do??

Yes you have patellofemoral malalignment syndrome which is a very recognised entity and bony changes like yours can't be reversed without trochlear plasty a complicated surgery done by very few surgeons in any country and the results of plasty is not that brilliant. Arthroscopy has been done for you to get rid of acute pain and not the actual pathology which cannot be addressed at the same time.. vigorous physiotherapy is the answer for your knees
