Knee Joint Space Diminish
Dear Sir,recently i have start feeling of irritation & mild knock type pain while move in my left knee lateral side under & beneath my patella.My xray report says, 1. OA changes due to sharpeing of tibial spine 2. Knee joint space diminishes medially 3. Patello-femoral space diminishes.plz suggest treatment or therapy.

Its too early for you to get osteoarthritis, it May be due to post traumatic injury to your joint might have got secondary osteoarthritis, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated,he will suggest treatment
