Knee joint space narrowing
What is this joint space narrowing...i had knee pain and xray is like this ...can i do something about this ? Is it reversible?

Is there any injury? Since how many days do u jave knee pain? Any aggravating factors or relieving factors to the knee pain? What's your weight? What do u do? Travelling job or desk iob? Doctor doesn't treat x rays, doctors treat patients....

Joint space narrowing is reduction in joint space compared to normal side. Usually joint space narrowing happens in old age and that is called Arthritis... Your x ray looks neat.. Cannot comment on picture though, its better seen with eyes!

U should take some precautionary methods like reducing the weight, wearing soft sole footwear all the time when u walk, having rich calcium diet( egg n milk daily).
