Sir,
One month before I have a knee injury. Latchman test positive.
MRI report says
" 1. Edematous & bulky ACL with increased T2/PD signal S/O tear.
2. Mild to moderate osteoarthritc changes.
3. Minimal joint effusion."
I feel pain in my knee when walking.
please suggest me what can I do?

Hi, considering your age and the examination findings along with the MRI report, I'd suggest a repeat examination after 3 weeks by an Orthopaedic surgeon. If there is persistent instability, then you may need to undergo surgery

I would like to see ur mri film as well as examine ur knee before advising for knee surgery...if it's a partial tear then u will need physio only...but if it's a complete tear then u will arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL
