Minimal joint effusion
My mri shows minimal joint effusion but i dont have any outer swelling and almost no pain but i get buring feeling on left side of knee pls suggest treatment

This effusion could be reactionary.. Perform knee exercises and apply ice packs . If swelling continues to be present as diagnosed clinically, get fluid tap done and analysis done for inflammatory markers if needed.
