Knee effusion swelling
I have been facing problem in my one knee while sitting up ..i have pain ...the pain is not there while i walk ..but on changing position...lately there is swelling on lateral aspect of knee ..seems to be knee effusion...pls suggest my how to get rid of it on homely basis ..i dont have history of trauma or anything..it is spontaneous

Apply crepe bandage in the morning. Take serratiopeptidase tablets 1-1-1 for 3 days. While sleeping keep a pillow underneath the leg.
