Hip joint effusion. Right side second stage and left side first stage. I avoid replacement. Any treatment available?

You are too young to have replacement. Consult orthopaedic doctor to find out reason for effusion. You can try hyaluronidase injection

Hai probably the effusion matter it is not for replacement but a arthroscopic intervention only kindly do visit a ortho nearby
