My upper back knuckles a lot and rib also pain from back side and lower front side of ribs done with CECT scan reports are normal anyother imaging tests to be done I am attaching my CECT scan reports

Your upper back knuckles a lot? What does that mean? In case of pain in the upper back and ribs,  you need to be evaluated as per history + clinical findings as to what the cause of pain may be If required you may need to get blood investigation done
