Calf muscle pain
I am running past 10 days, starting stage is fine but end of the calf muscle is too much paining. I couldn't run last 3 days. This pain made me cry. What is the problem to my leg.

Stop running meet a physiotherapist. Take some pillars adequate hydration stretching exercises. This is called muscle soreness a form of muscle injury

Which part of keg is hurting thigh or leg? Probably proper warm up was not done before every run.
