Bone & Muscle problems

I have severe pain at my lower back and my MRI scan shows some problem and I want to know there is any need of surgery and how long this will take to cure and what are risk

My wife had a back pain earlier. She went to a doc. And he had told her to do some exercises and had given calcium tablets and some painkillers. For a while the pain had gone away. Again it started probably 6-7 months ago. After taking some muscle relaxants the pain went away. Since 1 month she is again having her back pain again and after taking Seratiopeptide the pain again appears . What type of problem is this?

For the last 24 hours i am suffering from constant middle finger pain of the right hand. Earlier the pain used to be for seconds only but for the last 24 hours it's constant. There is no swelling at all. There has been no injury or any accident. My age is 38. What could be the reason???

I had injured my elbow on 30 Oct 2018. Doctor X rays.The doctor checked x-ray and said that blood cloted and there may be minor fracture. The doctor offered raw plaster and gave 8 days of medicine. After 8 days, the doctor reshaped and checked x-ray and said now is o.k.And asked to take 8 days of medicine. I usedto hotwater with salt on my elbow But I didn't got relief. it Then I went to another doctor ,Doctor X-rays and after checking, said that bone is connected incorrectly, Have to do the operation. I went to another doctor and he checked x-ray.Doctor told that blood cloted in elbow.He gave me medicine for a month. But I have no found relief. Then the doctor asked me to use one month but not gotted relief. Now I have a lot of pain in my album right now  And my hand is not straight.Pls. help me. Thanks

Doctor, since 1 month i was having pain in Ankle foot today morning while keeping steps i got muscle cut feeling in Ankle place. Im unable to stand or walk bcs of serious pain in Ankle I have uploaded picture and kept my finger in place of pain Now unable to walk to visit doctor Pls help me

I have been experiencing continuous pain the tailbone area post a 2 hour long bike ride a month back. The pain comes and goes but usually makes sitting uncomfortable and painful. The pain is relived when I sit leaning forward. How can I relieve the pain for good?

Hi recently i fell down from bike... my left elbow took impact... slight scratches on elbow and light swelling initially... later on 5 days i used medicines and no pains or no swelling there after... but 15 days after the accident still i am not able to flex 90 degrees or i am not able to keep my hand straight... when i try to bend it back it is causing pain... now there is no swelling but pain persists... do you think it's a fracture or joint dislocation or air crack?

Suddenly attacked with sever lowe back pain, not able to stand and walk. Unable to get up from bed. Slight movement is also paining a lot. I have taken miofree A 8 mg after immediate attack. But still unable to get up from bed. Please help

Burning sensation in my feet during sitting in latrine.the leg muscles are also painful.after sitting the pain and burning goes away.i have normal cholesterol levels.what is the problem.give a detailed information.at only 19 years old .peripheral vascular problems are occue?it is almost impossible .up to 17 years old I take poor and very poor diet.what is this problem.
