The knee is hurting because of strenuous workout, I have working out hard lately and know I have this knee pain

When i turn my neck left or right i feels like spring in my neck movement, also when i walk faster i feel my neck is moving little faster

My left shoulder joint and back is paining from last 2 month ,I have done X ray MRI both are normal only loss  cervical lordosis noted,doctor prescribed me nucart 4mg,gabanueron, diclofenac,still my pain is same ,now what test I should do, Daily hot fomentation also doing

Since last 5 months there is extreme pain in my legs and lower back. Also there is stiffness in me knees. Please tell me whats the actual problem.

I su ffered from a sports injury a while back. Since then my upper/thigh muscles are weak, my joints take a lot of weight and are relatively weak. So I wear knee cap to work. My question being : should i wear knee cap in both my knees simultaneously or do an alternate rotation.

I have bilateral shoulder pain With cervical. Also having carpel tunnel syndrome. Whole night I can't sleep coz of numbness. Took Tt/ physio- ultrasonic and tens. For 1 week I feel better then again problem starts. It's been 3 years, I am facing this problem and it's increasing.

It gave me some relief at that time. As I grew up, my pain also grew up. Now I am getting pain daily. In winter it hurts me more. It seems some flesh accumulated. What should I do ? I have pain in my back which might be because of bike rides. Doc has suggested I stop using bikes forever. I'm a bike enthusiast. What is your take from the MRI report please? Reason why this happened? And time for recovery.

Pain started in right leg calf all sudden from yesterday and today it's second day. After pain killer also pain not going. Now started pain below thigh also. But the calf is very painful and difficult to walk. Please advise which dr I should visit.
