Pain in my knees
I am having pain in my knee joints. I don't know what to do. Its not severe pain but it hurts very oftenly . Please guide.

even though the pain is not severe it should not be ignored.
There are various reasons for joint pains at your age. Try otc pain medicine.
If the pain doesn't subside please consult your orthopedic doctor for further examination and management
