My sister, 13 yrs old wants to increase height through exercise but she has anterior pelvic tilt since birth as hereditary as my father and grandfather also has it...can she increase height in anterior Pelvic tilt through exercise...is it possible??

Normally girls stop growing bones by 14 to 16 years of age. There are many formulas to calculate this. If you are worried too much Google them and apply on your sister. Depends on plenty of factors including genetic, familial,diseases which can manifest sporadically..meet a endocrinologist and have some discussion.
