I have a very mild pain in lower back from past one month or so which is so mild that it doesn't hamper my any day to day works but I know something is not right. How to cure this?

Got stuck in an accident on 11th Feb 2019 because of it I got femur fracture and stiffness in my knee and unable to bend knee ... I need a suitable guidance by which I can able to walk on my leg properly and I don't know about how much do I need exercise in a day

I am having neck , shoulder pain on left hand sometimes chest pain occurs.i am went cardio and he told me ECG result indicate no problem in heart.then i am went nearby hospital doctor told me that i am having pinched nerve he told me to intake some tablets.but pain is not reduced. This X-ray was taken a few years back. The medical insurance asked for the report of the X-ray. Can you study the X-ray and give the diagnosis. Is it normal? As my physician said it was normal, I thought an orthopedist can give an exact answer.
