Knee pain .
I got a accident in four year back right leg knee. And I have a knee pain from past 2years. Only I will get pain in night time both legs knee.. And my vitamin d3 is 14% .. And some time it will get muscle pain and finger pain .. this was from 1 month... I done all X ray and vitamin d blood test also.. Plz suggest me from this to get rid out off .. Plz suggest some dates tablet.

Description of your symptoms are not specific. Cause of Knee pain in the front of the knee is different from pain in the side of the knee. So, Only a clinical examination will help assess the exact cause of your knee pain whether it is because of cartilage or ligament etc.

1. since vit d is low, supplements as prescribed by your doctor 2. knee exercises 3. see an orthopaedic surgeon to get a detailed clinical assessment of your knee

Please see a knee Surgeon and get assessed clinically. X-rays are not clear but show early mild sclerosis medial joint line. Further management get guided from the orthopaedician.
