What is Kachcha plaster???? You haven't really given enough information to guide you. An X-ray image would have given information. Many forearm fractures are treated by surgery so that the arm may be mobilized early and the bones are fixed in a good position. If your surgeon feels that it can be treated by immobilisation as well, then you need to discuss the pros and cons of each option with him.
