I am having back pain ,pain in my knees. It is problamatic to stand back as i bent down. I am unable to walk long distance

Please see a orthopaedician and get assessed. The above story is insufficient for a clinical diagnosis. Take se painkillers which suits your tummy without gastritis if you are not seeing him quickly

Your symptoms resemble that of intervertebral disc prolapse. Needs proper evaluation

Try taking otc pain medication and do hot fomentation.  If the pain doesn't subside please consult an orthopedic doctor for further examination
