I met with accident. There is swelling in my wrist and local doctor said there is a hair crack and other doctor is saying there is nothing...just pain. After 5 days I am unable to move my hand. If I move it also there is severe pain.

Hi R.R Anand, looks like you have an undisplaced fracture of the styloid process of the ulna(it is outside of what you have circled in the picture). It needs to immobilised with a cast to protect the TFCC attachments for 3 weeks.

Looking at your bones there appears  to be no fracture. However sometimes a small fracture can be missed and it doesn't make any difference in your case bcoz you do not need any further surgical  management. If you have any additional soft tissue injury then it will need some rest and a wrist brace to give you some rest for 2 to 3 weeks

There could be a hair line crack in the styloid process of Luna. You need below elbow plaster  cast for 3 wks.along with antiinflamatory and antioxidants.
