RA Factor Positive

My wife has a pain in her wrist, hands , finger joints and shoulder. Age is 33. Her recent report results are : 1. RA Factor: Positive 2. CRP: Positive 3. ESR (Westergren): 14mm/hr. Normal range: 0-20. 4. Vitamin D(25-hydroxycholecalceferol), uric acid, calcium and other tests are in normal range. I don't have RA or CRP levels( don't know if they are required). Nor she has done her Anti CCP antibody test yet. Kindly advise on the next steps, we are worried as her RA Factor came positive today.

Severe back pain

I am having severe lower back pain since the past 1 week. The pain is usually less in the morning and increases as the day progresses. I am planning to visit a doctor for consultation, could you let me know if I should first consult a general physician or an orthopaedic specialist.
