Hi, Doctor had prescribed Tramasure plus for my severe pain that I m.having post surgery of Meniscus tear iny left knee I want to know what should be the gap between the medicine n alcohol consumption. Kindly help

I have knee pain in left leg from a week..backside of the knee has lil swelling.took seradin p just for a day and applying bandage with volini gel..but no result.

I am getting pain in the right side of neck, ear, below ear (sometimes head and face). 2ndly, there is pain in the shoulder. I think shoulder pain came because of weight lifting. Gp said that the neck and right side pain is due to cervical muscle spasm. GP has asked for rest and icing. Is it a big problem? What do you su ggest?

I've been having pain in the inner area of foot sole. I get this pain mostly when I walk after sitting or after I wake up in the morning. I've been having this pain for a long time now, almost since October. I don't know which type of doctor to consult for this. I checked on this over the internet, it's probably plantar fasciitis where my pain occurs.

I twisted my left ankle while playing football two weeks back  .I was not able to walk for a couple of days .But after few days I can able to walk but still feeling pain in the ankle bone
