I have joint pain in my hand since one month . I am feeling pain when trying to move and it's showing ganglion on joint

I was diagnosed with a complete acl tear in the first mri. However, The conclusion of the 2nd mri report has the following description : The current scan shows the ligament to be in normal contour and signal intensity except for subtle thickening and hyper-itensity at the mid portion? What does this mean? And what is the further scope of treatment? Should i go for surgery or not? The current scan.

I had a haematoma in my left knee in November after meeting with a car accident, and it was cleared in due time by an ortho surgeon. He asked me to do physiotherapy for two weeks, and unfortunately, I could not as a result of which I feel a continuous strain in my left knee even now. Is there any point of going for physio now? I was wondering how I can perhaps tend to it, at this juncture?
